tatyana aliTatyana Marisol Ali (born January 24 1979) is an American performer and actress who is well-known for her character Ashley Banks on the NBC sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air between 1990 and 1996. Tyana Jones played her TV One series Love That Girl! role as well as her role in the recurring role of Roxanne on the CBS soap series The Young and the Restless. Ali at the age of six old, began her acting career in 1985 by performing regularly on the PBS children's program Sesame Street. It also featured the appearance of jazz legend Herbie Hancock who demonstrated his Fairlight CMI synthesizer with a sample of Ali's vocal. Star Search featured her on two episodes.
