Kari Wuhrer was born on the 28th of April the 28th of April, 1967. She is an American performer and singer. Wuhrer first started her acting career when she was when she was in her teens. Her best-known character was for her role as Maggie Beckett from the TV show Sliders as well as her role as Sheriff Samantha Parker on the horror film Eight Legged Freaks. There are three siblings. She started singing at nightclubs as a teenager and would sneak out of her home to perform. Kari Wuhrer was an American singer, model and actress. She began her acting career at the Wooster School at the age of 13 years old. Her birthplace was in Brookfield Connecticut on 28 April She was raised in the town. Her father is an German American policeman, as well as a salesperson for autos. Kari is the youngest of three children. In her teens was a nightclub singer, she would sing as she slipped out for performances. Kari was first introduced to acting in Wooster school at the age of thirteen, and went further to pursue a degree in drama at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, Columbia University Marymount Manhattan College and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art under the renowned Uta Hagen. Kari began performing in her teens, with her first television appearance in the 1987's MTV Remote Control.
